Want More Homeowner Calls?

Medallike Pest Control is a referral service. We connect homeowners who have a pest or wildlife problem with independent local providers. We do not hire employees or run crews. This page is for business owners who already do the work and want to be considered for referrals in the Princeton area.

Who Fits the Network?

We are looking for independent contractors who:

• Handle home pest control, such as ants, spiders, roaches, crickets, mice and rats
• Offer termite treatment, wildlife removal or bed bug treatment
• Serve homes in or near Princeton
• Work comfortably with first-time homeowners who have lots of questions

Older houses, full basements, stone and block foundations and multi-family buildings are common here. Experience with them is a plus.

What Do We Expect?

The basics matter most.

• Hold every license, registration and insurance policy required where you work
• Explain problems and plans in plain, calm language
• Give written quotes before starting
• Be honest about what a job needs and what it does not
• Return homeowner inquiries politely and in a timely way

We cannot promise any volume of calls. Referrals depend on homeowner demand, your service area and your availability.

How Does It Work for Providers?

When a homeowner sends a request, we pass the details to a provider in the network that fits the area and the need. The provider contacts the homeowner and handles the quote, the schedule and the work. Terms for referral fees are shared during onboarding, so you know them before you begin.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@medallike.property. Include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license or registration details
• A good way to reach you

We will read it and write back if there is a fit. Replies may take a little time.
